About

There’s not really that much to tell, really. I sometimes feel like I’m forgetting it all, slowly, as the years wind into decades…

Anyway. I was born in Washington D.C., at the end of the 60s, when the US was finally working out much of its racial problems, and deciding to go to the moon. Life in D.C. didn’t last long, because once I reached about 5-6 years old, my family decided to move from the big city to a tiny town in rural south-west Arkansas called Doddridge. Well, the racially divided half of Doddridge was a small community called Kiblah, which was where I grew up and went to school.

When I reached college age, I decided to move to the north-west side of the state, a cheery little town called Fayetteville, just beginning to explode as a college town, at least in my small town eyes. I went to the University for a couple of years until I realized I didn’t like the school of Business as a major, I dropped out, and haven’t been back yet. I suppose I’ll get around to finishing that degree when I’m old and gray, just before they wheel me off to the old folks home…

And here I’ve stayed. I don’t really see myself moving from this area, it just feels right. Of course, that could just be God and the universe telling me that this is the place to be when the apocalyptic storms come…

Anyway. I’m currently a web designer/programmer for the university where I went to school. The hours are good, the pay is low, and the responsibilities are always climbing…

I’ll expand on this a little later, so stay tuned boys and girls!
